Meet Opalite, a 3 month old, female terrier mix. This sweet baby girl is expected to be around 40 pounds fully grown. With beautiful blue eyes, Opalite is unique in more ways than just her looks. Opalite is a active, excitable pup who loves to play. She would be best in a house that loves an equal amount of wrestling and snuggling.
Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sundays have walk-in hours from noon to 4 PM. ADOPTION PROCESS: If you are interested in adopting from Second Chance
SPCA, please come during open hours. Adopters will visit with an adoption counselor and complete a short application. Adopters must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and be at least 21 years old. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet.
ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $275 for puppies under 6 months of age and $225 for dogs older than 6 months. $175 for kittens under 6 months of age and $150 for cats older than 6 months.
