Say hello to Yoshi! Our 3 year old, 28lbs, Labrador mix that loves on everyone. Yoshi decides within moments of meeting a new person or dog, that they are his new best friend, immediately wanting to play with them, and giving them a lick bath. Yoshi is a sweet, lovable boy that has a lot of energy and loves to spend it playing or running. Yoshi does great with other dogs, very socialized and would do great joining a home with an existing dog. If you have a dog that needs a buddy, or you just need a loving dog to add to the home, Yoshi is the ideal pup!
Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sundays have walk-in hours from noon to 4 PM. ADOPTION PROCESS: If you are interested in adopting from Second Chance
SPCA, please come during open hours. Adopters will visit with an adoption counselor and complete a short application. Adopters must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and be at least 21 years old. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet.
ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $275 for puppies under 6 months of age and $225 for dogs older than 6 months. $175 for kittens under 6 months of age and $150 for cats older than 6 months.
