Meet Cookie Dough! Cookie Dough is a 3 year old, 15 pound, male tabby cat. Cookie Dough was adopted from Second Chance as a kitten and had to come back once his owner fell on hard times. The good news, they did a great job socializing him. Cookie Dough gets along with everybody, humans, dogs, and other cats. Cookie Dough is a laid back guy. He loves affection, head scratches, and just hanging out. He is super vocal and will tell you all the time how much he loves you! Cookie Dough is prone to UTIs and is on a prescription diet that he will need to continue. The big boy would be a great addition to any family, come check him out today!
Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sundays have walk-in hours from noon to 4 PM. ADOPTION PROCESS: If you are interested in adopting from Second Chance
SPCA, please come during open hours. Adopters will visit with an adoption counselor and complete a short application. Adopters must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and be at least 21 years old. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet.
ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $275 for puppies under 6 months of age and $225 for dogs older than 6 months. $175 for kittens under 6 months of age and $150 for cats older than 6 months.
