Found 48 while doing perimeter check later n dog was brought in by 19th district officer he was sent out to Conestoga st in 19139 for dog tied to fence n when he arrived dog was there but no owner in sight n transported to us.... Dog is a very nice dog very friendly n allowed all handling... Leashed up easily n walked nice on leash::
